Overview
Swagger is an internal platform that mirrors a licensed CMS, providing a suite of tools that helps developers see and use its content, code and documented APIs.
Goals
The Martech team used a Digital Asset Management tool to coordinate the whole process of reviewing and approving campaigns. The workflow management still consumes a lot of employee time and there is information loss during the process.
User-friendly design
with similar features to a previous DAM tool the team used, aiming for a smaller learning curve.
